Automatic Sprinkler Systems

Fire sprinkler systems provide an additional degree of protection for both life and property above smoke and/or other fire detection systems. A correctly designed and installed sprinkler system can detect and control fire at an early stage of development and activate an alarm. Correct operation of the system will rapidly reduce the production rate of heat and smoke, allowing more time for the occupants to escape safely or be rescued.

Fire Extinguishers

Installed and maintained in accordance with BS5306, Fire Extinguishers are portable devices used to extinguish small fires or reduce their destruction before firefighters arrive at the scene. Dry/Wet Risers & Fire Hydrants

Wet/Dry Risers & Fire Hydrants are Installed, serviced and maintained in accordance with BS9990:2015.

A dryriser is a normally empty pipe that can be externally connected to a pressurized water source by firefighters. However, in buildings that extend to more than 50m above the rescue service vehicle access level a wet riser is required to pump the required pressure to charge the riser and ensure an immediate supply of water.

A fire hydrant is a visible fixture placed inside or outside a building, parking area, industrial area, mine, roadside, etc. that is connected to the municipal or a private water service network. Fire hydrants are designed to instantly provide the water required by fire fighters to extinguish a fire.

Gas Suppression Systems

Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems

Installed and maintained in accordance with LPCB 1223 and UL standard 300A, wet chemical systems such as Ansul R102 or Amerex are the most commonly used fire suppression system to extinguish kitchen fires.

Access Control

Installed and maintained in accordance with BS EN 50133- part 1 Access control is a security technique that can be used to regulate who or what can view or use resources. Physical access control limits access to campuses, buildings, rooms and physical IT assets. Logical access limits connections to computer networks, system files and data.
